Trip to city of Tata with our international MA students on Regional and Environmental Economics

On 17th October Prof. Dr. Sandor Kerekes, supervisor of the MA program, invited our international students in Master program and his colleagues to his rural cottage to spend a day together. The trip had full of exciting programs.  In the morning, the team visited one of Tata's natural treasures, the unique Fényes Tanösvény (Shining Trail) and the thermal spring.

Professor Kerekes invited the whole team to a famous Hungarian meal, goulash soup cooked on an open fire by himself.

After the café the next program was to visit the city of Tata, charming small city, and 40 km from the capital city of Budapest. We visited also the lake, and the castle of Esterhazy, where we also explore the local exhibition about the Esterhazy family.

It was an excellent day, everyone had a great time, and the students had the opportunity to get to know each other and their teachers better, as well as one of the beautiful cities in Hungary.
